The limit
The short description holds 80 characters. Play shows it on the listing and indexes it, so it has to read like a sentence and still carry the words you need.
The Play title is a separate 30-character field.
Can I paste the App Store keyword field into the short description?
A comma-separated line reads badly on Play, and Play does not treat it as a hidden keyword field. Write a sentence.
