What you are seeing
The word is in the title, the subtitle, the keyword field, or the Play text, and a store search does not show your app for it.
What to check
Confirm the word is in an indexed field for that store. On the App Store that is the title, subtitle, or keyword field. On Play that is the title, short description, or full description.
Search the storefront you localized. A US keyword field does not cover the Japanese storefront.
Give a new build or a metadata change time to be indexed, then check the live result again. A rank you have not measured is not coverage yet.
