What you are seeing
A similar app changed its title, icon, or rating since the last time you looked. Your search result now sits next to a different promise.
What to check
Read the new title next to yours. If they now use the words your searchers use, your subtitle and first screenshot have to make the difference obvious.
A rating gap is visible in the result. Answer the reviews that name a real complaint, and look at whether your own rating moved.
Do this for rivals you chose. A suggested list is not a watch list until you pick them.

Should I copy their new title?
